- It is a purpose built data-mining system with the objective to address the needs of Telecom operators in the area of business intelligence.
- With raw and unprocessed data readily available within the network components, MINDS™ is a centralized platform that aggregates, co-relate, processes and generate consolidated reports so that it can be further studied and used in a more intelligent manner, especially in strategic decision making.
- The system collects the raw data inputs from various network components and thereon performs data processing in the standalone node. This ensures that the live systems will not be impacted in any way during the churning of the reports.
- The reports generated by the system brings a lot of benefits to the Telecom Operators as it is able to address various user groups within the operators’ organization for them to better understand their subscribers, services and operations.
